Taksh AI collects account details, optional education information, assessment activity, learning progress, consent records, attribution data and payment references needed to provide the service.

We do not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, OTPs or banking passwords. Payment references are retained for verification, fulfilment and financial records.

We use information for authentication, personalised learning, security, support, payment fulfilment and privacy-conscious product analytics. We do not send passwords, assessment answers or payment identifiers to analytics.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account through the Contact page. Financial and security records may be retained where legally required.

Users under 18 require legally appropriate parental or guardian consent. The current self-service launch is intended for people declaring that they are 18 or older.
