Assessment Policy
The Taksh Placement Readiness Assessment is designed to provide structured evidence of aptitude, reasoning, communication and technical readiness. It is not a guarantee of employment.
Independent completion
Candidates must complete an assessment independently and in one sitting. The timer begins only after the candidate presses Begin Assessment and remains server-authoritative.
Integrity monitoring
Taksh may record tab visibility, window focus, navigation, refresh and connection events. Browser monitoring is an integrity signal, not foolproof proof of misconduct. A first violation produces a warning; repeated violations may invalidate an attempt under the configured policy.
Scoring and status
Scores are based only on submitted answers. Purchase history does not alter a score, readiness classification, verification result or employer eligibility. Exceptionally fast high scores may require a second verification assessment and are not automatically treated as misconduct.
Candidate data
Question sets, answers, timing, scores and integrity events may be retained to administer the assessment and review quality. Candidate profiles and resumes require explicit consent before they become eligible for sharing with relevant employers.
Review and support
An invalid or manually reviewed result is distinct from a low score. Contact Taksh through the support page if you believe a technical issue affected an attempt.
